Thursday, April 18th (The Hammel House Inn)

5:30pm - 7pm - Pre race packet pick up

Race day, April 20 (Waynesville High School)
7am - Registration and Packet pick up opens
8:30am - Race starts
9:45am - Timing stops

5K -$30 (shirt guaranteed)
Shirt only $25

April 1st through April 12th
5K - $35 (shirt guaranteed through April 1th)
Shirt only $25

April 13th through race day
$40 (shirt not guaranteed)

**Youth 10 and under, save $5!

**Shirts are guaranteed through April 11th. 2XL and 3XL shirts are an additional $2.

Course Information
The course will start and finish at Waynesville High School.

Post race
Snacks and drinks will be provided at the end of the race.

Results
Results are updated as you finish and can be accessed on the Key Sports website or via the ITS YOUR RACE app.

Awards
Medals will be handed to everyone.

Award age groups - 10 and under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Cancellation Policy
By registering for this race, you agree that there will be no refunds offered for this event. On race day, we will be following the pandemic guidance currently recommended from the State of Ohio. In the event of foul weather, public safety concerns, pandemic, or for any other reason deemed necessary by timing company, race organizers, public safety officials, or anyone else in charge, we reserve the right to reschedule the event date if possible, cancel the race, or convert this to a virtual race. There will be no refunds for any reason and race items will not be mailed.

Weather in Ohio can be unpredictable. Unless we have thunder, lightning, ice on the course, unsafe temperatures, or are not permitted to drive on the roads, we will host the race. If we have to cancel for the aformentioned reasons or other reasons not mentioned, the race will be virtual and shirts will be available for pick up at a date to be determined.

Transfer Policy
If you find that you can no longer participate in this event, transfers to another participant will be permitted through April 6th.

Refund Policy
There will be no refunds for any reason and race items will not be mailed.
